 They are from the AB-1373/TRC system and were made in France by LERC SA.
Information can be seen at
https://www.epicos.com/sites/default/files/sleeve_masts.pdf.  They are
currently available from Comrod as their MLV Mast Series, Model MLV 125.

I had one of these systems once. The sections were made of carbon fiber,
very strong and light weight compared to a similar sized fiberglass
section.  The system cost the US Govt just shy of $40K about 15 years ago
based on the documentation that came with my system.

This is a very complex system when compared to the older aluminum AB577 and
AB621 mast systems.
