I have a couple of these, different sizes

Look to me as good as a Pelican at a fraction of the price. Filled a
2800 with tools for a truck kit. No rust after a couple of years. It
would be easy to drill the side for a watertight gland of whatever size
is needed.

From Rob's link I found another box - https://tinyurl.com/y3krcg6g - that
might work to keep bread-slicer capacitors dry when used outdoors for gamma
caps in shunt-feeding towers. I need to replace my gamma cap's plastic box
and might use this if it's big enough.

Subject: [TowerTalk] outdoor junction shelters
Interesting item I came across that looks as if it might help keep feedline
splices and other junctions outside dry.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B089XVCC21 My experience has been the best way is
to shield a junction directly from precip., but also provide drain or evap.
holes so the interior doesn't fill up with water from condensation.
