Well, a rotating pole would be somewhat difficult to hang an inverted vee
from.....
Actually, UST sells an inverted vee hanger for pipe towers.
It consists of a sleeve that slips over the mast, and an
arm welded to that sleeve from which you mount the inverted
vee. Works perfectly. I used one for many years.
