Ditto. My 80M sloper wire is attached to the coax center conductor by a pigtail
that comes off an insulator tied to the tower leg.

I would attach each wire to the tower with a piece of Dacron line and an
insulator, then connect it to the ring with a jumper of flexible stranded wire.
Or perhaps just make the ring out of the stranded jumpers from wire to wire.
Each jumper must be long enough that there is no tension in it.
I've used such arrangements for connecting window line to a dipole, and it has
held up for decades.
