[TowerTalk] Temporary Screw Ground Rod?

Anyone familiar with these?

I'm looking for one about 24" in length, OR, the t-handle, and tip, I 
can supply my own rod.
If you've got one, or the two most important parts to sell, at a 
reasonable cost, I've got money.  Exact model shown not necessary, but 
this style.
