Thanks all. 256.75" it is. One more question: The Cushcraft 1-3/8"
center element sections EA and EH have internal reinforcement, as is
clear by the fact that the fiberglass center spacer is 1" OD but the
next 1-1/4" sections EB telescope into the outer ends. It would be
helpful to know the details for an accurate wind survival analysis.
My guess is that there's a longer section of 1-1/4" OD, and a shorter
additional 1-1/8" OD at the inner end. Anyone have an unassembled
sample in hand to inspect with measurements? Poke a tape measure down
inside?
