Grade A53 schedule 40 pipe is rated for structural applications. Maybe
not likely found at big box stores in 1.5" or 2" size, but definitely
available and used in larger diameters in structural applications. It
is marked A53.
Tubing refers to inch (or metric) ID an OD and variable wall thickness
and comes in many alloys, tempers, and grades. Pipe follows the NPT
ID/OD conventions, all OD the same for a given inch size and wall/ID
depends on grades 10 to 120. Google for the size OD/ID/wall charts.
Angles are a bad structural form to use as a cantilever beam. I & WF
beams, round tube/pipe, and square/rectangular tube have FAR more
resistance to bending and twisting per pound of steel.

If your referring to standard Schedule 40 water pipe, you would be correct.
But as others have opined here, there is allot more types of pipe than
water pipe.

FWIW, steel "pipe" is much weaker than steel tubing and will bend easier.
Steel tubing is available in various wal thicknesses

I used I beam material rather than pipe. I have a 25G (75ft)and 45G
(100ft) both done that way. The I beams are anchored in concrete of
course. I had tabs added to the I beam for the guy ends on the 25G posts
and a 0.75 inch rod through holes in the I beam for the 45G. The guy
tabs are about 6 feet above ground to allow my tractor to run close but
under the guys. Both towers have been up for years and through
hurricanes and a tornado.

I have a small lot and my tower is 70' of 25G. Due to some obstacles
in the yard that can't be worked around I need to sink some metal pipe
in concrete and attach the guys about 6 feet up instead of taking them
down to the ground. I realize this isn't the preferred situation.
What type of pipe should I be looking for?
