Words can sometimes be wonderful, particularly when the author doesn't fully
appreciate the possible meaning. From the Covenants & Restrictions document
for my neighborhood (underline is mine):
"No free standing antennas, aerials, poles or towers shall be erected on a
dwelling lot."
In reality, the neighborhood as long since abandoned the covenants and there's
no active HOA to enforce them. My guyed EZ-WAY RBZ-75 tower has been up for 10
years and not a peep from anyone. In fact, my neighbor offered to help put it
up.
