[TowerTalk] ROHN CANTILEVER

Hello all,

Rohn 25 used to have an option to tip over the tower NOT AT THE BASE but say 5 
or 19 ft up by way of a hinged mount and a cantilever ...I am searching for 
info on these (ANY ) And if the hazer option exists any longer..
