That is only $3,300 per coil.  Their website shows pricing on dipoles and
masts.   Did you try to buy as a business or an individual? 

B&W's website states that they only sell to the US military, government
agencies, US businesses with a valid sales tax exemption, and foreign
businesses.   Not individuals.
