My radio club - Lake Area Radio Klub, Watertown, SD - has two antenna 'hinges'
for sale. They are kind of like a poor man's tilt plate without the locking
mechanism. We have used them for Field Day for many years, but the club has
opted to replace the old tribanders (which have sold) with hexbeams. The two
benefits of these are:

        1. They allow the antenna connected parallel to the ground.
        2. They make for fast antenna attachment by simply inserting the
pins/bolts.

They make for easy up and down with a tilt over tower. We are asking $75 each
for them and if we have to ship ask another $10 each towards shipping and we
will pick up the rest of the shipping charges. We would be happy to sell you
one or both.

I have attached some pictures but do not remember if tower talk passes
pictures. If not, you can see some pictures here:
https://www.n0sd.net/lark/jpgs/tilt.jpg

Small_zHingeC.jpg is an older picture and does not show the holes that were
drilled later to accommodate the nuts on the u-bolts. The clamping blocks,
mast, boom, etc.. shown in Small_zHingeC.jpg are not included.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions and/or would like
additional information. I may even be able to find a video somewhere if you are
really interested.

73,
Gary "Joe", n0sd
