I suspect the clamp is made for so called 1 1/2 inch water pipe, which has an outer diameter of 1.900 inches. Some mast clamps are deliberately made to fit either that pipe size or a true 2 inch mast.

Not commonly as they're metric. In fact, however, although the instructions list the boom - to - mast clamp saddle as "2 inch", it turns out that is actually a British "2 inch" and is really only about 1.945" diameter as measured with a standard, regular, international- measure (read: Chinese) micrometer. As a result, their "2 inch" clamp saddle would NOT fit properly over my actual American 2 inch diameter mast, which measured 1.9985" diameter. I would have had to file or grind the stock clamp saddles to fit my American 2-inch-diameter mast. Instead, and since this was only a temporary installation for now, I had to leave off the U-bolt saddles.

You can try e-mailing DXE for help; they just might be able to, or expedite the delivery of replacement parts to you; they just might have an "in" with WiMo directly. Due to our tariffs and all the complications those entail, however, it might be better to work directly with WiMo in Germany.
