It is unlikely that Fastenal or any hardware supplier will have 5/16-18
u-bolts for larger than 3" diameter.  To some degree you can reshape u-bolts
to custom diameters using a vice, I have done this many times however in
this case it would still be hard to find one long enough.  I am not too
familiar with Hy-gain rotators, I quit using them decades ago, but perhaps a
larger diameter u-bolt can be made to work.  The easiest solution is to buy
from a company fabricating u-bolts for Hy-gain rotators like DX Engineerring
.
