The claimed gains are only about 1-1.5 dB higher than the
much smaller antennas like the XR-5, Navassa, Penta 10, etc.
with double the boom length and substantially higher wind
load.
I'm not sure the modest gain increase justify the mechanical
difficulties inherent with the much larger/heavier antenna.
