I'm helping out a friend and he needs a few (3 or 4), A/B coax switches. They

I used Alpha Delta 1x2 and 1x4 switches to switch 2M/440 FM rigs and
antennas for years. Not a small signal application -- the use was for a
shack FM rig to work repeaters. I've not measured them, but would expect
an impedance bump that is insignificant up to 10M, but could be an issue
at high VHF and UHF. I've also used them extensively at HF, both at home
and in portable setups.
For small signal work at VHF and above, I'd look for relays designed for
that use. RF Parts and MaxGain Systems are two vendors who sell a lot of
good quality used stuff like this. A google search on "coax relays" will
find them and a lot more.
