All: Thinking about a motorized hoist for my U.S. Tower heavy-duty model HDX555. Chris, KF7P makes a nice mount for it - see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTQiq-WGNFE Harbor Freight sells a Pittsburg hoist rated at 2000lbs which seems more than adequate. My only concern is the hoist failing (gearbox failure) which could be catastrophic so I thought I'd solicit the groups advice on which type of hoist would best suit this application. Thanks, Tony -K2MO _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
