[VHFcontesting] W8CAR plans from FM25

Should be active from FM25  on 6(100 watts) and 2(50 watts) with a Dp on 
6 and 9 element yagi on 2 at 40 feet. Some 432 possible if I build an 
antenna. This is part of a vacation so if condx are good I'll be very 
active and if not I'll be fishing or on the beach!
