Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.


There are several reasons that can cause this to happen.

Posting to a moderated list

Inappropriate subject mater

Too many recipients to the message

Message contains HTML or attachments

Message has implicit destination (BCC)

Posting to a members only list by a non-member


There is no need to resend your message.  Either the message will get
posted to the list, or you will receive notification of the
moderator's decision.
