[VHFcontesting] N9RLA/R Rover expedition a bust.

Due to numerous equipment failures, I've decided to throw in the towel this
time out. I may try to make a few 2m contacts from home, but the Rover trip
is finished.

Gonna have to make some changes before I go back out again.
