You mean I wasn't seeing things???  That there may be a
natural phenomenon totally unrelated to the ARRL, etc. that
could be affecting log submissions, that maybe the
committee had not considered, even though they had the data
sitting right there in front of their faces? Hmmmmmm...
maybe a look back another 11 or so years just to make sure?
