A Kenwood TS790 would be your requirements and not be
an Icom, if you can find one used. Other than that,
most of the dual receive have been Icoms.  THe Kenwood
TS2000 is sure a nice VHF rig, but no dual receive on
SSB, as the subreceiver is only FM.
