Well some of us die hard VHF'rs will be playing at Field Day.
The K4TS group in Fredericksburg, Virginia will have 6 Meters thru at least
2304 in the air for the entire event. We have built (Cobbled together) a 65
foot 6 Meter antenna for the event and will have at least 22 Elements on
everything 2 MEters and about situated 100 feet in the air in FM18fk.
(Ground is 400ft here better than my dismal 63 in the abyss of FM18gk) 1296
and 2340 will have 150 watts and 65 watts respectively and the 2304 will be
a 3 foot dish. We hope to be loud ...
We intend on making noise from FM18fk on VHF+ on Field Day.
We will be working CW and Phone and Meteor Scatter on 6 only. Any skeds send
them to me.

By the way we are challenging the 20 Meter OP at K4TS, probably no chance of
beating him but we will give it a go.
