Interesting indeed.  This appears to be prompted by the proposal to
significantly revise V/UHF contested made many months ago.  It included
among other proposals changing the June contest to the lower six bands only.

My guess is that there will not be any action on the change proposal until
after the new committee is formed and has made a recommendation.  IE not
soon.

I also suspect the current contest advisory committee was unable to agree on
a course of action.  (That's just speculation on my part, don't have any
insight.)
