I have an HP 415E which appears to have a slight problem. The meter is
pegged to the right with the expand selector range switch in the normal
position with no signal applied. If you happen to know what is wrong with
it let me know. It was working OK for a short while but by the time I built
my resistor bridge, it went belly up.
I am looking for an electronic copy of the HP 415E Service manual. If
anyone has a copy, please email me.
