Tonight is the North American 432 MHz Spring Sprint. RFSport.com has released
a public beta of the logging system. Why Beta? Because the Sprints now allow
for the exchange of Grid-6 as an option (though scoring and adjudication is
done on Grid-4 only, for now). The logic had to be re-vamped.

Visit http://www.RFSport.com to download the latest software.

RFSport.com is not affiliated with the sprint sponsors. This is simply an
effort to support VHF contesting in general...and to provide Internet-based
realtime log and score reporting to those who are interested in it.

Note: visit the "Scoreboard Central" hyperlink to read about setting up the
Logger for the sprint (you must add a user-defined field to support grid
cyphers 5n6).

Note: Internet connectivity is optional. If you don't have Internet...the
logger will still work (even though you won't see how others are doing).
Additionally, this is a dial-up friendly system. You may connect
intermittently and upload/exchange data as you see fit.

Have fun with it!

Regards,
Ev Tupis, W2EV
