That's right and today's license examination questions don't even hint about 
informal band plans or frequency coordination bodies ........only FCC rules and 
regulations pertaining to band and class of station license limits within the 
band. It's only going to get worse...........

My guess is lots of people buying the newer HF rigs that also have 6
meters who are very unfamiliar with the band ...
