2. Contest Period:

2.1 The 144 MHz Sprint will be from 7 PM to 11 PM local time on Monday,
September 17, 2007.
---------------------------

RFSport.com is pleased to support the Fall VHF Sprints through two initiatives:

1: RFSport Logger is available for FREE download at http://www.RFSport.com
2. If 20 or more people use the logger then certificates wil be made available
as PDF downloads.

Notes
RFSport Logger . . .
...is a *real time* Internet scoreboarding system
...will work with both dial-up (caching and uploading) and always-on Internet
...allows editing *during* the event only, locking the log afterward
(OK...print the Cabrillo and edit it before submitting it if you must <g>)
...will allow others to see a "callsign masked" version of your QSO's during
the event (call signs are "unmasked" after the event is over)
...will auto-categorize your competition by ERP. People who are in your
"class" (+/- 5dB in ERP) will appear as black, higher power stations will
appear as red, lower power stations will appear as blue. BE HONEST about your
RF output and antenna gain and operator count (especially if you use spotting
assistance) when you configure the software.

Certificates . . .
...if at least 20 people use the system (as evidenced by the online scoreboard)
then certificates will be made available to the top 10% scoring stations (Gold
Level) and the top 30% scoring stations (Silver Level).

Log submittal:
The RFSport.com logging system does NOT take the place of submitting your log
as the event sponsors require. On the other hand, submitting your log to
RFSport.com is as easy as connecting to the Internet after the event is over,
and pressing a button to "submit". That's it!
