Almost.  I don't think rovers can emit two signals on the same band,
for instance run APRS on 144.390 and call CQ on 144.200.  It adds
another level f trade-offs between trying to work 6m, the VHF bands,
QPRS and microwaves.  It will be difficult to quantify how useful APRS
is by looking at the log though.
