Jim,

I would welcome a sked for 432 with you, as I need your grid as well. My
station is capable of tropo operation on 432, and might actually be better
for that band than 2 Meters. However, I am limited to 75 watts and an indoor
antenna...

If you REALLY want EM63, then the operator you need to discuss a schedule
with is Jim Long, W4ZRZ. Jim has a new monster array for 432. It's a total
of eight Yagi's (21 elements each, I believe) arrange on a square grid with
a power divider. Jimmy can run a KW on 432, and has special tuned cavity
pre-amps for the array.

I suspect he could successfully work you with minimal backscatter and
perhaps no enhancement at all!
To my knowledge, I don't he subscribes to e-mail reflectors, but if you want
to contact me by telephone, I'll be happy to provide his telephone numbers.

(205) 253-4867

Of course, I still need your grid! So let me know if you'd like to try a
schedule with me on 432.

VUCC on 6 thru 432 is my goal as well.

73,

Les Rayburn, N1LF
