Hi all,

      (9:30-10:15 EDT)
         * 15 minutes to move to other side of ridge, same grid
  5. FN15xj -- Carp Ridge east facing, around 0230-0300utc (10:30-11pm EDT)

Sunday:

  1. FN15xl -- south facing, around 1300-1330utc (9-9:30am EDT)
         * 1 hour to move to new grid -- 6,2,.70 on loops in transit
  2. FN14xw -- Numogate, around 1430-1530utc (10:30-11:30am EDT)
         * 1.5hours to move to new grid -- 6,2,.70 on loops in transit
  3. FN24dw -- Oxford Mills, around 1700-1800utc (1-2pm EDT)
         * 1 hour to move to new grid -- 6,2,.70 on loops in transit
  4. FN25bh -- Kanata hill, around 1900-2000 (3-4pm EDT)
         * 30 minutes to move to new grid -- 6,2,.70 on loops in transit
  5. FN15xl -- Carp Ridge/Diefenbunker area looking south, 20:30-21:30utc
      (4:30-5:30pm EDT)

The SSB setups are:
   6m: 100w into square loop (50.150 ±)
   2m: 50w into loop / small beam (switched) (144.250 ±)
   220: 25w into loop / small beam (switched) (222.150 ±)
   70cm: 20w into loop / small beam (switched) (432.150 ±)
   33cm: 30w into loop yagi (903.100 ±)
   23cm: 25w into loop yagi (1296.100 ±)
The planned FM setups are:
   2m: 45w into vertical (146.58)
   70cm: 20w into vertical (coordinate on 2m)
   33cm: 5w into a colinear vertical (coordinate on 2m)
+ 220 available on HT (coordinate on 2m)

I will be on 144.250 on the :00 & :30 and 50.150 on the :15 & :45 when
stopped unless I am running the bands with another station (i.e. I
should be back in a couple minutes if I am not right there). I would
like to setup skeds, but I never seem to be able to keep them...

Information on previous incarnations of the VA3CDD/r is avialable at:
http://www.storm.ca/~ddenter/va3cdd-rover.html
The rover for this contest will be very similar to v1.2, except a Vibe
replaces the Golf and the rear loop mast is now on a trailer hitch mount.

Best of luck in the contest.

regards,
Dean -- VA3CDD/r
