Just my 1 point 5 cents on the subject -- I'm seeing everyone has a comment
also --

What was accomplished ?? --

IMHO, shows usage of the spectrum -- this week, at least, the spectrum belongs
to us -- so let's use it -- win, loose or draw -- before the spectrum is sold
to the highest bidder for a political contribution --

Radiosporting is like any competition -- you expect the one with the most $$$
to win -- but it always don't work out that way -- sometimes skill or dumb luck
wins out at the end of the day -- - I think most of us are mature enough to
realize "fair" only appears in statements from those seeking political offices
..

As I told my daughters over the years when they complained about "fairness",
"the rules ain't fair, life ain't fair, there's only one winner, everyone else
is a looser, get over it and get on with it" ..

If it takes people driving in circles to use the bands we've got, so be it --
I'd rather give them a "Q" in a contest than being forced to chatting on
"FaceBook" or watching the mindless political junk on TV -- if ya don't like
getting squashed in a pileup then figure out a way to crush the competition --
it's Darwinian and that's evolution -- besides, there is the ON slash OFF
switch --
