The deadline for getting the special conference hotel room rate of $89
per night is Thursday, April 2nd. That is unless the additional block
of rooms are sold out first. That's right, the initial contracted block
of rooms was filled weeks ago! The facilities committee was able to
negotiate additional rooms so don't miss out on the special rate. This
is a good indication the attendance will be more than expected!
