Well, the Jitney is all put back together with a few enhancements and
many repairs, Xtof has purchased his ticket to the States, and
everything seems to be working well enough :)

The plan at this point looks like an FM18bv start near Delaplane, VA,
followed by a few hours on Hogback in FM08us. A couple hours of
driving will bring us to FM09ur (looking for alternatives to this
site, the Sideling Hill rest area on 68) and then FM19aw on Big
Mountain by around midnight. An early (1:30AM) check-in for a few
hours of sleep, then back on the road by 6 or so and up to PA. FN10xw
Pismire Ridge by around 8:30 or so, then on to a new spot in FN11va
(anyone in that area that can confirm for me?), probably Pimple Hill
in FN21fa, then another new one Eagle Rock FN20vt, then Alpine rest
area on the Palisades FN30bx. Still looking at various endpoints in
FN31 closer than Mohawk, but we may end up there if I can't find
something decent further south.
