[VHFcontesting] Contest contacts on 222 and 1296

During constests on 222 MHz hear a lot of guys out several hundred miles 
(mostly 2's and 3's) who are in such a hurry running the bands with a local 
that they miss working me in EM96. When running the bands listen?for a few 
seconds before QSYing you don't know who might be hearing you.
