When E Skip condx are poor.. just monitor 50.260 and 144.140.. the MS 
Calling Freqs... No I Net support needed..! The 'Spikes' could be 
MS..(FSK441).. the 'Rainbow Pattern' on SpecJT may be JT6M.. in Laymans 
terms I guess!  Good Luck..!
