[VHFcontesting] Who was WB9YWN?

Hello all:
 
     I'm trying to locate individual who held call  WB9YWN in the late 
1970's and early 1980's.  I haven't found any sources so  I thought I'd try 
this 
list.  Does anybody have any information about  this individual, including 
current call and email address if he's still a  ham?  Thanks.  73  Chris
