The N2MH rover page doesn't show any sites that meet your needs.

So I looked at www.heywhatsthat.com and selected the Empire State Building as
the location. Next I enabled the visibility cloak and tried to find a shaded
location near Philly and an Interstate, but was unsuccessful.
Try it yourself, It'll be fun!

I'm planning my route for the January VHF contest and want to ask about
rover locations in the Southern end of FN20. Due to budget constraints, I'm
doing a bigger and better rove that I have been able to for the last year,
but its still not the massive expedition I've done in the past. I want to
start in FN20 and make my way to the Southwest. I don't want to waste too
much driving time in FN20 so I'm hoping there is a rest area or easy to
reach park just North of Philly that has decent views to the Northeast.
While we're at it, any suggestions for the Northern part of FM28? I got a
new computer a few months ago and can't find the rover resource page with
the maps and locations laid out by grid square.
Thanks and sorry for the diversion into an actual VHF contest question. LOL
