[VHFcontesting] K8RYU Operation, EM99

I'll be on for the test, but don't have a schedule planned yet.

In any case, should have 50-2304 less 903 going and will make
some plan to look specified directions at scheduled times.

I didn't get the new 222 amp done, nor did I get the old 
K2RIW for 432 going, but still should be able to make some
EM99 style noise.
