I have to agree with what Owen said, I have tried a few antennas and my C3I C7-50 surprised me many many times out preforming larger and smaller antennas higher and lower on all kinds of radios. I really have wanted to try one of the big boy antennas but I have always been told not to fix it if it ain’t broke.
