SSB Electronic Power Amp. Nominally 20 watts out.  Measured 23 watts out with 
741 mW @13.8 volts. Amp is mounted on a massive heatsink (included). Just the 
PA and heatsink, no relays, etc. Instruction manual, such as it is, included.
