roverstatus.info is just an informational page, not the place you send cluster 
spots. Who cares what it looks like? We should be grateful these guys did the 
work they did.
 
You send #rvrstatus tweets in the format specified on that roverstatus.info 
page, to get yourself spotted on the dx cluster and your location on APRS.
 
Send the Tweets from any Twitter app or the web site. On a phone, just get the 
Twitter app available on all platforms.
 
Or, you can even send tweets via SMS text message, by signing up on the Twitter 
web site. That's what I do, so I don't even have to fire up a Twitter app on 
the phone. This way it works from any phone that supports SMS text messages, 
even non-smart phones.
