Good day to all. The June rove is upon us and there have been some very good
E-skip days already. I am again planning to rove next weekend and look forward
to finding out what propagation is in store. I will have equipment running
from 50 MHz to 24 GHz.
The bottom bands are reliable 100 watt and eight foot yagi stations; 903, 1296
and 2304 are are also reliable but a little more QRP. I want to exercise the
higher bands more but let us work our way up first. FM is available on all
bands and I will monitor 146.550 continuously. Sites are all proven with the
exception of a new EN81 location above the bluff.
I will call and make skeds on 144.237 as much as practical. If interested in
skeds, please contact ve3oil@rac.ca and I will return a list of suggestions.
