[VHFcontesting] KLM 6 meter beam rework

It's time to take down the 6 meter beam. Rotor needs fixing and the SWR on the 
antenna is very high. While I have it down for maintenance I would like to see 
if there are any improvements I can make. It is a 7 element. Any input would be 
appreciated. Thanks Mike
