Just a follow up on the Ic-375A repair. After much checking the problem turned 
out to be a quad diode back in the final mixer IC-2. This looks like a mmic. 
These are part number ND487R1-C2. This was preventing the final mixer to 
operate properly to drive the amplifier chain. A simple $2.00 part. I also had 
a problem with the built in supply. That turned out to be 2, .5 ohm 2 watt 
resistors. These are r17 and r19. They have some heat tubing over them that 
makes it impossible to see there condition without removing them. Hope this may 
help someone. Mike
