It's because the website is running with http:// protocol and not
https://
More recent releases of the major browsers are getting pissy about
the non-secure protocol http://
You DO want to be concerned if any of your bank, medical service,
insurance, etc. are still using http://
But for 3830 Scores -- not so much.

And, yeah, it would seem 3830 Scores are(is) just too lazy to bother
getting a site certificate and changing over.
