My wife Margie was the main coordinator with the hotel and the feedback we
got from most of the attendees was they enjoyed it. Bringing all the clubs
together to me is a win - win for everyone but it's something that has to
be planned at least a year in advance and the clubs generally hold their
yearly conferences at different times throughout the year. The SEVHF group
already has theirs planned for April so 2026 is out.
I've included some of the folks that were part of the planning for the last
superconference to see if there is any interest.
My wife and I now live quite far from the location where we had it and I'm
now retired but we would be willing to be the local coordination. It's VERY
close to Dulles airport and the hotel has free shuttle service. It's also
close to the Air&Space museum.
Lets see if there is any interest.
