Hello VHFers
Don't forget that tonight is a good time to get on 222 for some action.
The moon will be high up, so those with that capability can try the Moon
route as well. I am hoping to get on starting at about 2300 UT or
before. We had snow over the last two days, but it is melting and I am
sure the truck can deliver me to the shack. I can get on EME when the
tropo contacts trail off. I can be QRV for moon contacts at about 0030
UT and later.
Not much enhancement showing anywhere on the tropo map, so it looks like
a brute force slugfest, but that should not keep you off for the
evening. There is no lightning, no snow static or rain static, and WZ1V
promises to behave himself, so I expect clear sailing. Don't forget the
ON4KST Chat page (144/432 Region 2) and HB9Q 222 MHz for EME.
