Folks we make a little Oops with our latest Zone list. WriteLog/Rttyrite
depends on CTY.DAT for more information than CT/NA etc. and we have to
add bits of information to the ones that come out from the CT folks.
We overlooked a change the last time one came out, and its the one
that WriteLog uses to know which CQ zone has a given US callsign.
If you replace this section in WL_CTY.DAT:

(The 4 lines with all the two letter prefixes were missing).
Then go to your start menu and run "Convert CTY to WriteLog".
You should be able to use Notepad, or just about any editor--even a DOS
editor--to add those four lines. You can even type them in. It doesn't
matter how you do it. All will be fixed on next update.. Sri for any
