[WL-USERS] New List

I have changed the name of rttywrite list to wl-users. I also copied
the user files to the new list so you do not need to resubscribe.
Submissions to the list need to be addresses to:
wl-users@wu3v.net

Please start using the new list now, I will leave the old one up for a month
or so to allow everyone to migrate to the new mailing list.
