Dear WL-users,

my name is Nuradi, YB0UNC and I am a new comer of the WL-users.
I just used the latest WriteLog v.9.23G for the last weekend 1999CQ WPX CW
after download it from the web and get the license just 7 hours prior to the
test.

It is a real SUPERB contest logging s/w under Windows !!!

As a new user, I have the following inquiry which I would like to share:

1. how to export the *.wl file that contain the contest log data so that it
could be read
by DX4WIN logging s/w. I am going to merge the WriteLog file ( *.wl )
with the
DX4WIN log file ( *.dxl ) . Appreciate verymuch to know the major step.

2.how to use the time on/off feature so that it will always show the status
at the end
of the contest. I see that the times off always updated ( increase ) when
we open
the file and we have to click the OK at the time on/off window or
generate
summary report to get theright one.
Or may be there is contest period parameter feature that I do not know
currently
where it is in the latest WriteLog s/w.

3.which file that has the contest scoring calculation method so that we can
update it
in case there is a new rule or for any contest not available on the
existing list.
Or may be this is for s/w maker only due to a lot of programming
knowledge, hi hi
Note: I have seen the 'custom' icon when we choose the contest from the
list BUT not
sure how to tailor it to a specific contest not in the list ex.
All Asian Contest etc.

4. which file could we send for submitting the contest log to the CQ WPX
'contest
organizer' and what is the e-mail address

I look forward to have any answer/suggestion and many thanks in advance

Regards,
Nuradi, yb0unc
